It Seems Like Every Month…

…there’s a new diet/health book allegedly uncovering the latest truths and foolproof plans to finally reach that nutritional Mecca. Having worked closely with the creator of the Zone diet, it became obvious that you can’t apply the same formula to everyone. We all have different body/blood chemistry, genetics, food sensitivities – some of us are omnivores/carnivores, some are vegans and vegetarians. What I intend to do in this condensed format is offer monthly morsels of truths – which you may take or leave or pass on to a friend - in hopes to clear some confusion, shed some light or perhaps reinforce what you already know. The scoop on soy, super foods, fish supply, essential fatty acids, probiotics, wheat vs. wheat free, detoxing your home, feeding fussy eaters, organic do’s and don’ts, and a healthy cooking tip or two. These are just some of the topics I plan to highlight monthly in the “Main Course”.
