Just like every other guacamole recipe mine is the ultimate.

Ready

• 2 avocadoes
• 1 tomato, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, halved
• 1 bunch coriander
• 2 limes
• 1 red chili, deseeded and chopped
• Salt
• Pepper

Set

• Bowl
• Board
• Knife

Go

1. Wipe a bowl around with the cut face of the garlic.
2. Chop avoes and add.
3. Add lime juice - in that order!
4. Add seasoning and stir in chopped coriander and chillies.
5. Check seasoning and add tomato.
